How It Works

Book your first session or attend an upcoming event workshop

Start building your confidence with this fun private session where you will be introduced to personal safety tactics, self-defense, empty-hands striking, improvised weaponry (pen, flashlight, keys, etc.), and evasive footwork.

Registration fee: private session – $75; upcoming event (TBD)

This is a requirement for access to all programs except small group training

Step it up with the available training offerings. Continuing your training promotes a response of more “fight” and less “flight”/”freeze”. It requires frequency, practice, drilling, and application. Self-defense can be an intimidating journey to start, but you will be guided every step of the way and have fun! Over time, you will develop muscle memory, build confidence, and be able to kick some serious a**.
