All trainees must begin with an introductory workshop – a 2-hour private session that introduces self-defense concepts, mindset conditioning, and basic striking mechanics. If you’d like to pursue more training, we offer 6-week, 9-week, and 12-week programs. We do not offer one-off / drop-in sessions following the intro workshop. You must sign up for a full program.

You gotta start somewhere! In your first private session, we will debunk common “self-defense” myths together and learn why some advice you might have been given may not work in compromising encounters. We do our best to replicate common environments such as low-light, confined spaces, and multiple opponents so that you respond with less “flight” and more “fight”.
